At Elite Marks, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
To start a return, contact us at shopelitemarks@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us and we’ll help you process an exchange quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
